Please Note: I know these pictures are horrible and I obviously don't know what I am doing. After about 30 pictures, I gave up so this is all you get until someone volunteers to take a picture for me.

11 week *CHECKUP*
As of today, I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Chris was able to come with me to my prenatal appointment and I am so grateful! My blood pressure was high when we first got there so that kind of scared us. Turns out it was fine after I laid on my left side for about a half an hour. The most exciting part of the visit was when we got to hear our little babies heartbeat-it was amazing! Dr.Taylor said the babies heart-rate was in the 170's and sounded great. After I sat up I said, "Wow, that makes it more real!" my doctor said "Yeah, he's just hangin out in there." I really like my OB. She's much more personable than my OB with Landons pregnancy. I'm so glad we will be able to stay with her when our insurance kicks in. I was freaking out because I am only covered through the end of December and I need an appointment in 4 weeks. I told my OB our situation and she said it would be okay if I came in when we were still covered (in 3 weeks instead of the normal 4 weeks) and then just skip January. Chris' insurance through his work will be in effect the first of February. I am only going a week before I would of been scheduled so she said it wasn't that big of a deal. She will be in Africa so I will have to see a male OB but hey, that's fine with me if we don't have to pay out of pocket! Dr Taylor said it's good to be seen by another OB just incase anything happens on the delivery day and she couldn't make it. At least then, I won't have a total stranger deliver our baby. The only bad news today was that we didn't have an ultrasound like we thought we would. We'll have one the first of February though, which is exciting! We'll know the sex of the baby by then. I can't wait! Any guesses? We think it's a little girl. We will just have to wait and see!

You're right. Those pics do suck. Get better ones.
