Excercise Room

The boys always have such a good time at Grandma and Grandpa Wagner's. The other day, they decided the "exercise room" was the place to be! I swear they could play in there for HOURS and exercise equipment is all that's in there.

I don't know where Carter learned about microphones but he kept walking over to these handles and singing into them. It was the cutest thing!
Carter looks like such a big boy here! Maybe it's because he turned 21 months this day!

Grandmas Visit

Grandma Brown flew in from Washington to spend this last weekend with us! We had a lot of fun with her. Right away, Landon had to show her all of his Star Wars "guys" and Carter warmed up to her really fast. The first night, I took her and the boys toBarnes and Noble (Grandma favorite place!) and then Cafe rio. The rest of the time we pretty much stayed home. She loves to just watch the boys play. When they were in bed, she and I watched ridiculous movies like Dinner with the Smucks, Grown ups, and Date Night. It was a lot of fun to just spend time with her. Here are some pictures from her camera:

Can you tell that we have a proud Grandmother on our hands? The cutest thing was how much she kept compliamenting Carter on his blue eyes. It cracked me up when she took the close up picture. Landon tried on his soccer cleats and shinguards and she had to get a picture and then send one via text to everyone at home. SUCH a proud Grandma!!!

Laptop Buddies

I was in my bedroom playing around on my new netbook and all of a sudden Carter comes walking in with his vtech laptop. He climbed up on the bed and set it up next to me. After a few minutes, he sprawled out. I thought it was the cutest thing. He is such a joy. Constantly making me smile!

Pa-Pa

Pa-Pa is temporally moving to Washington for work and we are very sad! We have been trying to see him as much as possible before he goes. The boys absolutely adore my dad and I know will miss him greatly. He promises he will come to visit often and hopefully we can do the same. Buddies from the start! My dad was working out of town when Carter was born but flew out a few days later. They have been buddies since!

Landon's idea of how to get the ball from anyone who is playing soccer with him.

Here is Carter the day he got his first gooseegg on his head and he is still smiling!

Little Model

I have been making a ton of these flowers lately. I have also been selling them at the children's store where I work and they will soon go in my friends photo studio-very exciting! I wanted to see how the flowers actually look on a person but my little boy did NOT want to be apart of it. HAHA! He might kill me someday for this. How cute is he though? And the flower turned out pretty good too-if I do say so myself!

New Play Pen

This is Carter's new play pen...or that's what he thinks! I try to keep the kids toys in their room and not in the living room but these books are the exception. Chris brought them home from work one night ($2 a piece!) so I tucked them away in the ottoman. When I was trying to clean the next day, I showed Carter where the books were, thinking he would pull them out and look at them on the floor. I looked over and he was INSIDE the ottoman. He got mad that I would not close it with him in it. Silly boy.

Coloring

Landon and Carter did this for a long time. Landon got bored after a while but Carter stayed in his room for almost an hour just coloring away. I had to keep checking on him to make sure he was not coloring on everything but his books but he did great and was loving it!

Breakfast To Go

Now that Carter is walking, it's hard to get him to hold still. He likes to carry around his meals and then help me clean up the mess he makes :)
